(Through God’s creation of all things, I see that God nurtures all things and nurtures mankind. In the past, I always thought that when God supplies man, He only supplies His word to His chosen people, but I never saw, through the laws of all things, that God is nurturing mankind. It is only through God’s communication of this aspect of the truth that I now see that the life of all things is supplied by God, that God manipulates these laws, and that He nurtures all things. From His creation of all things I see God’s love and feel that God is the source of all things.) Mm, last time, we primarily communicated about God’s creation of all things and how He established laws and principles for them. For today’s meeting, we must first communicate one thing. Do you know why we must believe in Almighty God, instead of believing in the name of “Lord Jesus”? Do you know what the mystery is? The name of Almighty God is the new name of the Lord in the prophecy of the Bible. Where is this new name written?

The Cowardly Cannot Enter the Kingdom of Heaven | "The Three-Self Church Is My Umbrella"

  
  One time, the Chinese Communist government captured many Christians of the Church of Almighty God from a particular location late at night. This matter caused a huge commotion locally. It triggered discussions amongst the members of the Three-Self Church. Some people believed that the Eastern Lightning has suffered the Chinese Communist government's cruel suppression and persecution. It is too dangerous to believe in the Eastern Lightning, and it is safest to believe in the Three-Self Church. They will not suffer hardships and they will be able to enter the heavenly kingdom. Other people believed that the Eastern Lightning is indeed the true way, but the persecution and arrest it faces is too severe. If they were to believe, they thought that it is better to believe in secret. Once the Chinese Communist government topples, they can believe openly in Almighty God. Some people had investigated the Eastern Lightning and yet, they believed that the Eastern Lightning spreads the gospel and bears witness to the Lord with no regard to life or death and that they are praised by God. They thought that the people who hide inside the Three-Self Church are cowardly people who drift through life without purpose and that they are not worthy to enter into the heavenly kingdom. … After this heated discussion, was everyone able to know what kind of people are praised by the Lord and whether the fearful can enter into the heavenly kingdom?

Sermons and Fellowship About God’s Word “The Truly Obedient Shall Surely Be Gained by God”

Let’s take a look at the Age of Grace, the period of time when the Lord Jesus arrived. John the Baptist was baptizing people with a group of disciples. After he saw the Lord Jesus, he suddenly felt something inside: “This is the Messiah I have been waiting for. He is the Lord and He has arrived!” John’s spirit could feel it. Before long, he was thrown in prison. After he was thrown in prison, he started to doubt the Lord: “If You are really the Lord, can You rescue me from this prison cell? If You can rescue me from this prison cell, then You truly are the Lord. If You cannot rescue me, then You are not the Lord.” John had this notion. In the end, the Lord did not rescue him, and he died. After he died, what happened to his disciples? When John’s disciples first started following him, they preached: “Repent you: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” So, why didn’t the Lord Jesus reveal Himself before them?
