When God was doing the work of the Age of Law, the first time He used man, He used Moses to issue the laws and commandments of God. Introduction

    Elder Li, due to the blind faith in the words of the religious pastors, felt that all of God's work and words were recorded in the Bible and that anything outside of the Bible could not be the work and word of God. Li thought that all he had to do was adhere to the Bible and when the Lord came again, he would be raptured into the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, Li gave no consideration to the work of Almighty God in the last days. On one occasion, Elder Li happened to learn that a co-worker, Elder Lin, had been studying the Eastern Lightning for over a year. Through his fellowshiping with Elder Lin, Elder Li came to understand the pitiful truth that he had been trapped and shackled by the religious pastors. In the end, Elder Li was able to cast off these shackles and lead the rest of his co-workers to seek and study the Eastern Lightning together.

     During this age God does the work mainly to provide man's life with words, reveal essence of man's nature, man's bad disposition, end religious notion, feudal thinking, outdated thinking, culture, knowledge of man. All of this must be laid bare and cleansed away through God's word. In the last days, God uses words to make man perfect, instead of using wonders and signs to make man perfect. He uses words to expose man, judge man, chastise and perfect man, so that in the words of God, man knows the wisdom and loveliness of God, His disposition, through the words of God, man sees the deeds of God.

     Eastern Lightning, The Church of Almighty God was created because of the appearance and work of Almighty God, the second coming of the Lord Jesus, Christ of the Christ. It is made up of all those who accept Almighty God's work in the last days and are conquered and saved by His words. It was entirely founded by Almighty God personally and is led by Him as the Shepherd. It was definitely not created by a person. Christ is the truth, the way, and the life. God's sheep hear God's voice. As long as you read the words of Almighty God, you will see God has appeared.

What Is Meant by “Offending God”

    If you alter or distort the word of God Himself, then that amounts to defiance of God, blasphemy against Him and betrayal. This is just the same as the archangel saying: “God, You can create the heavens and earth and all things and You can work miracles, but so can I. You ascend to the throne, and so do I. You rule all nations, I rule all nations too.
